The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers and contact details (for example, name and contact details including email address)
- Date and Venue of the Wedding/Event you are planning with us
- Trading names of any other suppliers hired by you who we may need to work with, eg Photographers, Florists, Caterers
We use analytic tools on our website to collect behaviour information which we use to develop our products and services. The data is collected through cookies stored on your computer by Google Analytics. You can manage how cookies are stored on your computer through your internet browser.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To enable us to respond to your enquiry sent to us via our website, by email or phone call
- To allow us to advise you of the availability and suitability of our services
- To allow us to send you quotes and invoices
- To process payments in relation to your order(s)
Payments will be processed by a third party who have their own privacy policy. This information will be available to you when you provide your payment information.

We keep your personal information for the duration of our relationship, plus up to 7 years after your event for accounting purposes. We will then dispose your information by deleting the information from all of our systems including our rental management software and email accounts.
