A few words from Sophie ...
Walter & Blossom was brought to life by myself, Sophie Robinson, over 4 years ago
Having worked as a Commercial Interior Designer for 8 years, it seemed the most natural progression to start a new adventure in the creative world
My journey started at Leafy Couture Flower School where Sarah Richardson set me up on the journey of a lifetime
Having then freelanced for so many amazing Florists, I feel so fortunate to have been taught by the best!
Over the past five years I have grown in confidence to translate a gorgeous hobby into learning how to put beautiful floral creations together that make people smile … whatever the occasion
What does Walter & Blossom do?
Weddings & Workshops are my thing … as well as pasta and uncontrollable laughing!
I’ve been lucky enough to work with some incredible suppliers in the most beautiful venues throughout Yorkshire
Making sure all my couples have the most perfect flowers for their big day, as well as ensuring they are loved & looked after throughout the whole process – it’s beyond important to me
I have even started growing some beautiful British flowers to add to every bridal bouquet
How does it work?
You will have your initial consultation with Sophie Sharp or one of the team at Second From The Right – here you will be guided through all of your Styling & decor hire ideas as well as a brief chat about your flowers
We know it can be a little confusing that we’re both called Sophie – but at least that’s only one name to remember!
If you already have a florist on board, no problem at all!
SFTR will gladly work alongside them to make sure everything ties in beautifully & runs smoothly
If you are still looking for your florist, we will pop you in touch with Sophie R at Walter & Blossom
Sophie will have a much more in depth chat with you about your flowers – she’s the expert & she knows all of our vases, vessels & flower stands inside out!
She will then pass her recommendations & a detailed quote back to us, so that all of your styling & floristry can be looked after in one
Of course, you can still book in another call with Sophie R if you wish, but to keep things simple for everybody – your main point of contact will be SFTR

What do you offer?
Second From The Right have a beautiful & ever growing collection of vases, vessels & flower stands – all of which Walter & Blossom have worked with many times before
For the smaller floral items such as stem vases and flower stands, it is likely that SFTR will deliver these to your venue when we bring the rest of your styling pieces
For the larger pieces (eg a broken arch or flower cloud) & the more personal pieces (eg a bridal bouquet) – Walter & Blossom would usually deliver these & set them up

We want to keep everything as straight forward as possible for you, so when booking your Styling & Flowers with us, you will receive just one invoice from SFTR for everything
